The papilloma viruses that causes warts on the hand (mainly HPV 1, 2 and 4) are different from the strains that cause genital warts (mainly HPV 6 & 11). So no, you cannot pass the hand type through sex. There are HPV vaccinations that protect against the main HPV strains that cause cancer along with many of the ones that cause genital warts (Gardasil-9 is one commonly used in the US).
