Started using premarin vag cream 2 days ago prescribed by my gynae. its helping to ease the vaginal burn however i seem to be spotting. i'm very concerned about the spotting. i can only contact my gynae on monday. what is your advice drs?

Stop its use and report this to your gynecologist Monday for instructions. This is the usual recommendation when vaginal spotting occurs after applying premarin vaginal cream.
