You may be dealing with a nerve disorder called pudendal neuralgia from childbirth trauma to that nerve. I recommend consulting a gynecologist at the department of gynecology at a university hospital near you. A nerve block procedure of that nerve may prove the diagnosis. It would only provide temporary relief but may demonstrate that neuroactive medications may help you.
