With this scenario I would be thinking of prostate congestion or prostate inflammation/infection. A physician or urologist could determine the status of your prostate by performing a rectal examination and then advise you about further testing, including urinalysi s with microscopic examination of urinary sediment and a urine culture&colony count. Then treatment options will be discussed.
