I've just had my hair bleached and dyed. 1 hour later i gave noticed a large lump of swelling on my hair line above both my ears. is this normal?

I would regard this as an allergic reaction to the dye. If this is the case I would also expect some rash and itching. I recommend taking antihistamines at this time. Notify your physician as needed. Avoid the ingredients in this bleaching and dye products in the future.
