Exercise: You will need a weight bearing exercise program that will gradually increase in intensity, some nutrition guidance would be useful but may or may not be included with the pt program. The weight bearing activity stimulates the the cells (osteoblast) that create boney material that will be used to thicken the bone matrix. This is necessary for increasing bone density.
