A soft piece of cloth soaked in warm water. If need be let the wet cloth sit on your glans for a few minutes to soften the dry smegma. Wash your glans daily. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!

gently pull back foreskin. wet the area with the smegma thoroughly with warm water till soft then gently remove with a wet cloth till it is removed. Apply OTC antibiotic for a couple of days. Then wash under foreskin regularly to prevent future problem. Best is to be circumcised if you wish. If you cant clean area as advised yourself see a Urologist
