Can a brain tumour pop and cause bleeding on the brain?

Yes. Tumors often have abnormal and fragile blood vessels that can rupture spontaneously and cause internal bleeding. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Primary intracranial brain tumors typically do not rupture or bleed, but exert mass effects eventuating in disabling damage. Secondary brain tumors from elsewhere can present with brain hemorrhage. Metastatic lung, breast, GI, kidney and melanoma cancers are known to do this.
