I was fair.but my skin color become dark bcz i played in sunlight for long.after that i never got my real skin color back. even my legs and tummy which were not exposed to sun became darker.only upper arm and chest are fair. can i get my color back?

Fairness is in the eye of the beholder.unless it is asinine tan issue it will be difficult to regain fairness. Look at all your relatives to see where you lie in the range of fairness.
