My brother fell and two weeks later his left arm started jerking, only when he is awake. attempts to make it better made the jerking a lot worse. he underwent xray and mri and they said nothing is wrong. please i need help?

You don't provide any information about how or why he fell. Any unconsciousness? Any head injury? Any seizure activity? If he's experiencing involuntary jerking of his left arm, I recommend consulting a neurologist for evaluation and appropriate testing.
