I am diagnosed with pcos and after 3 months of treatment, my period is regular for 3 months .now we are planning for a baby. my gynaecologist suggest taking clomiphene - 100mg metformin - 250 mg is it possible for me to get pregnant ?

Gynecologists have specialized training in fertility treatment. If your Dr recommended the above course, You should definitely follow the instructions. There are many factors that contribute to getting pregnant on the part of both the female and the male. There is no way to calculate an exact percentage of you getting pregnant, but a regular ovulation and period are a great first step.
