I saw small tear on my foreskin so i put undiluted dettol antiseptic that small portion around the tear turned black yesterday it was paining but now it doesn't hurt but it's still black. will it go back to normal.and what should i do for it to heal?

The area should heal gradually. Do not put antiseptics on penis. Always use a cream or ointment.
