A few months back i noticed that my left testicle was swollen. a day or two later that swollen part "broke", and bled for the next few days. there was only pain when touching that part. all is ok now, but my left testicle is darker. is this normal?

What you mean your testicle is in fact the scrotum. You cannot see the testicle, only feeling it. You probably had had a boil and it healed by itself. There is some dark (hyperpigmented) skin over that site and that's not unusual.
