So i think i have a rash on my meatus. also, when i look closer i see pimple/spots like around the meatus. i've got tested last month and everything came back negative. i might be over exaggerating but what do you think it is ? im seeing a doc later?

Since the testing done last month, a lot can happen. You are doing right thing by seeing a doctor. If you or your partner has more than one sexual relationship, first step is to test for sexually transmitted diseases. Testing last month is reassuring for no STD at that time . It does not influence future. Hope it helps.

I think that if you have a concerning pathogenic process in your meatus, the eruption would be much more ckearcut than you describe. If you're going to have this investigated.I recommend consulting a urologist or a dermatologist for best advice.
