IT DEPENDS: On how much tissue has been traumatized. If no broken bones and the orbits of the eyes are ok, usually taking a little bit of antiinflammatories and cool compresses will suffice. But not knowing the extent of injuries makes it difficult to tell you.

See an eye doctor: See an eye doctor immediately to rule out orbital fracture, traumatic angle recession (risk factor for glaucoma), retinal detachment, etc. Do not delay.
