Moisture is water, not oil. You may use a light moisturizer like Cetaphil or Cerave lotion after the Panoxyl if you feel you’re dry.It doesn’t worsen acne and may allow you to continue your Panoxyl easier.Be sure that you pick one that says “non comedogenic” (this means that doesn’t cause blackheads.)Dry skin doesn’t cause acne. Remember that Panoxyl makes you more sun sensitive.
