It may be. If you are sexually active it is reasonable to get checked out for STD's at regular intervals. Most are quite worrisome and contagious, some will make you sterile if not treated quickly.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. HPV is an STI. It would be prudent to see a doctor. If do not wish to get pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
