I took the same day online std testing | stdcheck.com (http://stdcheck.com) hiv rna test 12 days after exposure. they claim 9599% accuracy at 911 days after exposure, the result was negative. can i be pretty confident with these results?

Pretty confident, yes -- but not 95-99% as the lab claims. More like 90% for an RNA test at 9-11 dys. If it was a truly high risk exposure (e.g. anal sex with another male, vaginal sex with a known infected female), also have an AgAb (4th generation) blood test after a few weeks.
