Hi. i got a very small hard lump at the front of my right testicle. i found out by having little discomfort walking around. after i checked, and i felt the mini lump. it's around 2-3 mm?

Not sure if the lump is really on the testicle or on the scrotum. Because you feel discomfort when walking so the lump is likely on the scrotum and the friction between the scrotum and underwear causes that feeling. It is probably a pimple or something like that, just watch it for now, do not worry too much.
