How is it possible to have gasses trapped for 3 days? it just won't come out i took gas x yesterday it didn't work. why does that happen?

Trapped intestinal gas should eventually break down& get passed out through the rectum. If it remains unpassed and especially if there's abdominal distension, vomiting,severe pain, intestinal obstruction would be a cause. Certain medications or,injuries can cause a paralytic ileus &also be a cause of persistent gas accumulation. See a physician for evaluation&advice or go to the emergency room
