Abd pain: Need more info . Are you constipated? Are you actually passing any gas or is it only giving you cramps?if u r able to pass gas and just constipated -increase water intake and take Miralax (polyethylene glycol) for few days .also gas x should help.if not passing any gas pl go to ER and have it evaluated .
