Soflox (Ofloxacin, a quinolone antibiotic) is good for bladder infection unless the bacteria is resistant to quinolone antibiotic which is quite often nowadays because this class of antibiotic has been used too often for a long time. If you are still symptomatic after one week course, the bacteria is likely resistant to Soflox.
