What could cause repeated bruising on the ball of the feet of someone in their 20s without injury? it happens every few weeks. they just appear unexpectedly. usually in the fall, winter and spring. i have raynauds disease. could that be the cause?

With Reynards disease decrease circulation to the skin is susceptible to excessive pressure. Meaning the skin will break down and without proper circulation will not have time to heal. You have to be very careful and respect this because it can lead to ulcerations and open wounds. I would pad the shoes taking pressure off the bottom of the feet
