What could cause chest pain when waking up, everyday for almost 2 months? and would waking up with blood spit in mouth be associated?

You must be evaluated. A TB screen is recommended. The blood may be from the nasal passages, and a gentle saline rinse may help. Chest pain and blood tinged sputum is usually related to an infection.
