Itchy, burning, pain on penis head, anus, and lips. 3 weeks since possible exposure. on day 4 of valtrex just in case doc said. could i have contracted herpes in all three areas? no sores in any 3 areas. could the valtrex have stopped them?

Herpes Simplex Virus infection can be characterized by itchy, burning pain. Once infected, there is no cure. Valtrex is an antiviral that will prevent outbreaks of ulcers/cold sores, but will not eradicate the virus which can live dormant in Nerve cells.
