One possibility explaining burning discomfort in both the rectum &vagina is pudendal neuralgia which is an irritability of the pudendal nerve. This could have been related to prior childbirths.. Normal vaginal secretions are colorless and odorless. Are you certain the gynecologist didn't find evidence of a vaginal infection? ? Consult a specialist at a dept of gynecology at a university hospital
