See a physician: I would see a physician for this problem. Erectile dysfunction in a 23 year old is not that common. Working out more should not cause this problem. Back pain should not cause this problem unless you have other complaints related to your pain such as leg weakness/numbness.

Maybe all maybe none: Stress is the biggest "killer" of erections in men in their 20s. Working out reduces stress, quitting pot and dealing with back pain may increase it. No recommending that you go back on pot. With time, your erections will normalize after all of these changes.
