I am sorry you are having so many symptoms. I would start with your general pediatrician or family doctor for a thorough history and physical. Write down any symptoms you are having and with the timing - start, how long, getting better or worse. The distress about unexplained symptoms can elevate a young man into anxiety and worsen the heart symptoms. Best wishes.
