I think you’re talking about a False pregnancy or Pseudocyesis, in which you believe you are pregnant because you have many symptoms of pregnancy, but you’re really not pregnant.In this case, the Test would be negative. Your doctor can do an ultrasound examination and if you are 6 months pregnant, you will be able to see the baby. Although from your test results, it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant.

I agree with Dr. Singh. Although highly unlikely, there is a rare instance of a false negative pregancy test due to the "hook effect" See this link: https://www.healthline.com/health/pregnancy/hook-effect#pregnancy-tests You also may be using an expired home test kit, or not following the dirrections. An ultrasound will ease your mind if you want to be absolutely certain.
