If you are 6 months pregnant, a pregnancy test will be positive. I think you’re talking about a False pregnancy or Pseudocyesis, in which you believe you are pregnant because you have many symptoms of pregnancy, but you’re really not pregnant.In this case, the Test would be negative. Happens for many reasons:hormonal,abdominal or cerebral tumors,psychiatric reasons,fat,constipation.Go to PCP.

Your doctor can do an ultrasound examination and if you are 6 months pregnant, you will be able to see the baby. Although from your test results, it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant.
