I've gotten my period for the past 3 months as well as tested. all tests have come back negative but i'm afraid of cryptic pregnancy. is it possible that i could still be pregnant and just not know?

With the information given, the "home testing" being negative is accurate about pregnancy. If still not certain, obtain a serum HCG test, which can detect very low levels of pregnancy hormone, even in "cryptic" (ectopic ?) pregnancies.
