The half life of a drug is the term used to describe when 1/2 has been metabolized and left the body. For this drug it is about 3 hours. After 4 half lives it has essentially left the system. Sixty three hours is long past when it would be detected on a simple urine drug screening.

Codeine is detectable in urine for 2-3 days after the last dose. You are at the borderline and the result will depend on the sensitivity of the assay and cut off point used to evaluate the result. Wish you good health!
