Red rash could take 1-2 weeks to fade.
Ice down twice daily and apply Polysporin thereafter and rub it in well

If it’s a “zit” or acne related, it will take +/- 1 week to finally heal. Home remedies that can be helpful are applying topically:Tea tree oil very good anti-inflammatory), green tea compresses, honey or honey-cinammon paste ( leave on for 15 min&wash off). If it worsens by the end of one week, go to your Doctor. It may not be a pimple. Maybe an insect bite, a benign growth, a granuloma etc.
