I have a lump on the side of my neck came out of nowhere. it doesn't hurt only but the only you can found it if you lean your head to the side. i have being having shoulder pains from a rotator cuff and bursitis. i also had a neck adjustment?

The development of a new "lump" in your neck is not a typical complaint for shoulder and neck issues and might have nothing to do with them. You should be evaluated now by your primary care provider or an appropriately trained health care provider for this to determine what exactly the "lump" is and if it represents a serious health condition.
