We do not have access to your earlier message. If I answered your earlier question, you may watch and wait. Do not take alcohol or any more paracetamol for a week. Why did you take 13 pills? Were you trying to kill yourself? If the latter, you need to get counseling to prevent recurrence of similar action on your part. Wish you good health!
