Time to see your PCP or GYN doctor. There are several possible causes, affected by your overall health, other medical conditions and medicines and supplements that you may take. Since we don't know the specifics in your case, it is not possible to give you a definite reason why. But it is definitely time to get evaluated to find out what is going on. Get seen in the next few weeks, if possible.

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
