Let me speculate. Perhaps there is a family history, but you may well possess the early phases of a Frontal-Temporal Dementia which is language predominant. Would take this seriously, see a neurologist and get MRI at the least. At age 20, a neuropsychological exam is indicated, and a speech therapist should get involved. Sorry to be blunt, but have seen this before. Can be helped. Good luck.
