A member asked:

If a testis is dead...will it give creamster movement...up and down...??plz explain me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cremastric reflex is a superficial muscle reflex elicited by stroking medial or inner side of the thigh causing contraction of cremastric muscle resulting in elevation of testes. This reflex may be present in early cases of dead testis and absent in cases of chronic atrophied testes. Hope it helps.
