Ive been getting goosebumps on my right thigh for about 3 weeks. these goosebumps come about every 30 minutes and only last for a few seconds... they seem to come without any reason (not cold, excited, etc) .. should i be worried?

Sometimes goosebumps can occur for no reason at all which may be what's happening to you and your thigh. I doubt any serious issue in your case & since you're not cold, have no emotional manifestations or exerting yourself when goosebumps occur, they seem to happen for no obvious reason.
