Do these goosebumps occur after you've eaten certain foods, or been in contact with certain material, soaps or creams? If so , you may be allergic to something you are coming into contact with. Avoiding the allergen if you know what it is is best. Benadryl may help. Some people develop neurodermatitis which can be caused by stress, anxiety, nervousness. See allergist.
