You may have residual inflammation of the skin, or another problem altogether. When the treatment is giving you side effects or not the effects you are looking for, it is time to contact the prescribing doc for a second look.

Sometimes you need a second treatment 2 weeks later for the eggs that had been left over and hatched. You also need to take a daily OTC anti-histamine for at least 3 weeks because the destroyed substances stimulate your immunity and you itch.Did you follow the hygienic measures or you are reinfected:wash clothing & linen in hot water, vacuum etc? Go back to Dr that prescribed you the treatment .
