For about 6 years i've had chronic constipation. after i had by baby 2 years ago, there is an area near my hip bone that i can now feel and see the hard poop shape under my skin. is this a hernia or just weak muscles?

I presume that this a vaginal delivery. we don't know if this is a prolonged labor. Herniation is possible from a weak abdominal muscle. Please make appointment to see your doctor. Good luck
