You have mentioned at least three issues: 1. STD, 2. Urinary infection 3 Pre-diabetes. It would be prudent to see a primary care provider for an assessment. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
