It is hard to know. In theory, if everyone else is vaccinated or recovered from covid you should not be at risk. Yet covid will likely circle the globe for years to come & go through some mutations making it a problem for the foreseeable future. The vaccine is a simple and safe choice, in spite of the misinformation spread on the web.

A chance. There is a chance that a vaccinated person can transmit the virus to you, though the risk is much lower than that from a non-vaccinated person. You should continue to wear a mask when with other people, especially indoors. Unless there is a medical reason, you should get vaccinated. Wish you good health!
