By anyone having an std and not knowing you have some weird discharges sometimes, if you wore a pair of panties after you had that std with the weird discharge. is it possible for you to pick it back up after you washed them?

STDs are never transmitted by clothing. There would be little or no risk even without laundering. After cleaning, zero risk for sure.
