Sinus issues and respiratory problems are not a contraindication for the Covid Vaccine. If you were to get Covid-19, the disease, there is a higher risk for worsened respiratory problems with your history, so you should definitely get the vaccine to prevent this.

As has been stated, your status puts you at risk for more severe complications if you were to experience COVID-19 infection. Would fully endorse vaccination.
