It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may an epidermal inclusion cyst. You may watch and wait. It is doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds, develops a discharge or gets inflamed, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
