I have a small bump in my ear (inside the concha cymba) that is the same colour as my skin. there is a slight pain when i touch it, however it is not red nor inflamed. what is it?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may an epidermal inclusion cyst. You may watch and wait. It is doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds, develops a discharge or gets inflamed, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
