If you use this cream on a daily basis for periods longer than 10-14 days, repeatedly the skin can be thinned and even become more irritated. It is important to consider any other substance that is applied to your skin as a possible additional irritant like creams, lotions, makeup. For atopic rashes a short course of a steroid cream can be helpful. See your doctor for follow ups.
