I'm going for a colonoscopy tomorrow at 11:30am. i was told to take two doses of plenvu: once at 7pm and the next at 9pm. it unfortunately took me 2 hours to take the first dose, so i'm behind. will this interfere with the procedure?

It should not interfere with the procedure as the goal is to clean out the intestines. Once taken, the doses along with copious water will allow for all the stool, etc to be expelled and provide a clean view for the Dr to check the walls and lining of your colon, etc.
