In the beginning, a nodular melanoma can look like Pimple, mole or bug bite. It is raised and color can be uniformly pink to black or variable color. It grows rapidly.. only 15% of melanoma are nodular melanoma but cause 50% of mortality, early diagnosis is crucial . Hope it helps.
