Would suggest trying technical support, you may not be able to connect with same doc if in the paid HealthTap platform, you may have your fee waived for a second visit or the continuation of first, visits are limited at 30 minutes.

Not sure what your question is here but all licensed physicians are listed in their state licensing board registry which will give office address and practice status. You can usually access it online but you can also just call your state's medical licensing board and ask them his address and status.
